Perrier Jouet Blanc de Blancs is a new cuvée. Refined and vibrant homage to the Chardonnay grape.
Vibrant and exclusive, Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blancs shows the unique freshness of the Chardonnay grape ", a variety that La Maison considers emblematic. For its elaboration, master Hervé Deschamps, seventh generation in front of the winery, has personally selected an elegant coupage of floral Chardonnays from the best vineyards in the Champagne region that have been combined with up to 15% of Reserve wines to give consistency to the style, and they have aged for 3 years.
Appearance: Pale golden yellow colour with greenish reflections, fine and elegant bubbles, with a persistent ascent.
Nose: Delicate and complex aromas with predominance of white flowers (acacia, honeysuckle), fresh citrus (lemon, grapefruit) and subtle nuances of stone fruits (white peach, apricot). Mineral background with light notes of brioche.
Pale: Fresh, elegant and vibrant, with a creamy texture and well-integrated acidity. Flavours of citrus, green apple and white flowers, leaving a persistent, refined and mineral finish.
