Puput Pet Nat is an exceptional dry white Pet Nat wine, carefully crafted from the Pansa Blanc (Xarel·lo) variety by the dedication of the Pujol-Busquets family. It starts with a gentle pressing and follows a spontaneous fermentation method at controlled temperatures of 15ºC. Its unique presentation is capped with the same crown cap used at the end of fermentation, avoiding disgorgement.
