Quintaluna 2022 is an organic white wine with Denomination of Origin Rueda, produced by Bodegas Ossian. The grapes come from a selection of plots located around Nieva, characterized by sandy soils that helped resist the phylloxera plague. This wine is an expression of the region's rich viticultural history, being fermented with indigenous yeasts in small stainless steel tanks. The harvest was done by hand, ensuring the highest quality of the grapes. After a gentle pressing and fermentation, the wine aged for nine months on its lees, achieving a complex and balanced profile. In the glass, it presents a bright straw-yellow color, with aromas of white flowers and citrus. On the palate, it is fresh, fruity, and has a notable acidity that gives it integrity and persistence.
