Septimo Sentido Verdejo is an exceptional white wine from V.T. Castilla, crafted by Grupo Vintae using 100% Verdejo grapes. This wine comes from old vineyard sites at high altitudes, allowing for slower and more uniform ripening, contributing depth and character. It is aged in French and American oak barrels for 3 months, adding complex notes. It displays a pale yellow color with green reflections. Aromas of peach intertwine with hints of cut grass, balsamic and mineral notes, and a citrus touch for added freshness. On the palate, it is voluminous and persistent, with well-integrated acidity offering balance and a characteristic aniseed aftertaste, making it ideal for pairing with seafood, fish, or salads.
