The vineyard is located in the Montesa Estate, trained in Cordon Libero at a height of 1.30 metres. Dry-farmed on sandy loam soils with low organic matter content. Average production of 4,500 kg/ha.
Harvest is mechanised at night between the second and third week of September. The plots are harvested and vinified separately. All the grapes go through a selection table and the vatting is done by gravity.
Colour: Intense cherry red with violet tones.
Nose: Ripe fruit such as plum and black cherry, characteristic of Merlot and spicy notes typical of Syrah such as clove and pepper.
Palate: The power and structure of the Cabernet Sauvignon is accentuated, with sweet and round tannins, which are softened by the barrel ageing.
