Tequila 1800 Cristalino Añejo presented in a stunning crystal clear bottle. Since launching the first añejo tequila on the market in 1800 Añejo, 1800 continues to drive innovation with this beautiful bottle of Tequila.
1800 Cristalino is aged in American and French oak barrels for 16 months, after which the liquid is blended and finished in Port wine barrels for a further 6 months. It is then meticulously filtered through a unique process that adds smoothness without sacrificing flavour. The result is a spirit with all the complexity of an aged tequila and the smooth silkiness of a silver.
The diamond pattern on the outside of the bottle is inspired by the unique filtration process that Cristalino undergoes after maturation, resulting in a smooth drink and the shine of a 100% Agave Blanco tequila.
Brilliant white, crystalline colour, with silver and grey hues. Extraordinary body from the barrels used during the finishing process. Voluptuous yet smooth and sweet taste profile, with notes of caramel, honey and vanilla. Medium woody notes typical of Port wood, with hints of cooked agave that linger throughout the mouthfeel.
