Every solstice, her penetrating gaze transformed the river's currents into a deep, voluptuous red wine. The magical currents that flowed into the water source of The Singleton of Glen Ord distillery infused the whiskey with an irresistible charm and flavor, as enveloping as the mysterious rite from which it came. Today, walking along the river bank where the distillery stands, the reality of this fascinating legend is palpable. On Isla Negra, it stands as the last bastion of single malt whiskey distilleries. Careful slow brewing is essential, providing adequate time to each phase of the process, from malting to maturation, achieving a harmonious, smooth and seductive distillate. This Singleton expression, aged for eight years in wine barrels, captivates with its luxury and exquisite refinement.
