The pasta and puff pastry company Uko, founded in 1958, is dedicated to the production and sale of artisanal products such as Socorritos, Chocolate Bows, and Pisuerguinas. It started as a cafeteria in the town of Cervera, with Raquel in charge of making the puff pastry.
