The pasta and puff pastry company Uko, founded in 1958, is dedicated to the production and sale of artisanal products such as Socorritos, Chocolate Bows, and Pisuerguinas. It started as a cafeteria in the town of Cervera, with Raquel in charge of making the puff pastry. Currently, it is the descendants of the founders who manage the company, maintaining the original recipes and seeking to modernize their processes to satisfy the consumer.
