It contains: - A 500g wedge of special edition cheese aged for 15 months. "A cheese full of nuances that, thanks to its long and slow maturation, has concentrated all its aromas and has allowed it to develop a full and persistent, yet very balanced flavor," explains the cheese maker. - A bottle of organic extra virgin olive oil. It is obtained through mechanical extraction of Arbequina olives from the 19 hectares of olive groves on the estate. It is an early harvest, with the fruits being harvested before the first cold of autumn (mid-November). - A jar of lavender honey. Handcrafted, it has a medium to intense amber color, with a dense texture. With a deep floral scent and sweet taste, it has a very intense characteristic flavor, with balsamic and eucalyptus notes. No added sugars. The honey is extracted from hives located in the lavender fields.
