The Ingenia wine Madrid D.O. Espumoso vidamía 2016 is a unique wine made from Muscatel, a variety abundant in the central Spanish plateau. This semi-sweet sparkling wine has been carefully crafted by a winemaker who opted for fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 ºC, stopping the process at 11% alcohol, which allows for residual sugar of approximately 50 g/l. The result is a golden-yellow wine with small, persistent bubbles that offers notable aromatic intensity. On the nose, one can perceive citrus and herbal notes, combined with the characteristic aroma of yeast. On the palate, it highlights its power, light sweetness, and a long finish with a fruity aftertaste.
