This Pack of 3 Ingenia Sobremadre rosé 2016 comes from the winery located in Colmenar de Oreja, in the Community of Madrid. This wine can be customized with phone orders. The vinification of "Sobremadre" is characterized by fermenting the white grape must with 25% of skins from the Tempranillo variety, keeping the rest as virgin must. After fermentation, it is macerated with its lees and the skins for approximately six months, controlling the temperature at 18°C. The wine is bottled directly from the fermentation tank without clarification or filtration.
