Vindemia Tinto is an exceptional red wine from the D.O. Valle de Güímar, created by winemaker Juan Francisco Fariña. This wine is made entirely from 100% Listán Negro grapes, sourced from vineyards at altitudes between 350 and 1,450 meters, endowing it with unique organoleptic characteristics. After spontaneous fermentation using native yeasts, the wine is aged for 10 months in 500-liter French oak barrels. It is then refined in stainless steel tanks before bottling, unfiltered and unclarified, respecting the essence of the product. In tasting, Vindemia Tinto presents a bright ruby red color. On the nose, it offers aromas of fresh red fruits with balsamic and spicy notes. On the palate, it is light yet characterful, delivering juicy freshness and balanced acidity that invites further enjoyment. It is an ideal wine to pair with white meats, cold cuts, and mild cheeses, and is recommended to be served at a temperature of 14-16°C.
