Bellmunt is presented as a red wine of exceptional quality, coming from the renowned designation of origin Priorat. This wine is made from a blend predominantly featuring Garnacha (70%), Cariñena (20%), and a hint of Cabernet Sauvignon (10%), which gives it a very distinctive organoleptic profile. The production takes place in Bellmunt del Priorat, where the characteristic licorella soils add a more flavorful and less aggressive note to the wines. Its aging lasts for 10 months in barrels of various capacities ranging from 225 to 3,000 liters, followed by a resting period in bottles lasting approximately 12 months. This culminates in a wine with a bright cherry-red color, a nose evoking intense and juicy ripe fruit with fresh balsamic notes, light toasts, and herbal hints, as well as a subtle mineral background. On the palate, Bellmunt is flavorful and enveloping, with a silky texture and a light touch that leaves a fresh, fruity finish. It is ideal to accompany dishes such as roasted red meats, game, and cured meats, best served at a temperature of 16°C. Undoubtedly, it is a wine that reflects the essence of its origin, offering a proposal that perfectly combines quality and tradition.
