Lan Crianza is a red wine with a great personality and ideal for tapas.
The Lan Winery aims to treat the raw material with the utmost respect, always preserving the characteristics of the vineyard in each phase of fermentation and aging, both in barrel and bottle.
Lan Crianza is made from traditionally harvested grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Maceration for 15 days, with continuous pumping over to obtain optimal color extraction.
Aged in mixed oak barrels (American and French) for 14 months, followed by 9 months of bottle aging.
Appetizers, charcuterie boards, pasta, and rice dishes. Ideal for drinking by the glass. It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC.
