Loess Inspiration 2020 is a red wine from the prestigious Ribera del Duero denomination, notable for its elegance and depth of flavor and volume. Made from Tempranillo grapes from the Loess winery vineyards in Roa, Burgos, it undergoes manual harvesting in October to ensure grape quality. The wine is aged for 9 months in premium French oak barrels, giving it a long and pleasant aftertaste. It features a dark cherry red color and a nose filled with fruity aromas like cherries, plums, and blackberries, mixed with toasted notes of vanilla, cinnamon, and clove. The palate is fresh, evolving into a pleasant texture. This wine pairs well with meat dishes, pasta with intense sauces, and fresh charcuterie. It should be served at 16ºC to fully enjoy its complexity and rich flavors.
