Malleolus is an exceptional red wine from the Denomination of Origin Ribera del Duero, made from 100% Tinto Fino grapes. This wine, which reflects the tradition and work of Bodega Emilio Moro, has been cultivated in vineyards that are between 25 and 75 years old. The production of Malleolus includes an 18-day maceration with the skins and a malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. It has been aged for 18 months in new Allier oak barrels, adding complexity and elegance to the wine. Upon tasting, Malleolus presents a mature cherry color with a garnet rim and an intense aroma dominated by black fruit confit, balsamic notes, and spices like clove and coffee. On the palate, it is powerful and balanced, with a velvety feel and perfect integration of fruit and wood. This wine is ideal for pairing with meat rice dishes and spiced stews, and it is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 16°C.
