This wine comprises 80% Viura and 20% Malvasía and Garnacha blanca, resulting in a high-quality product that reflects the constant pursuit of innovation by Remírez de Ganuza winery, under the direction of Fernando Remírez de Ganuza. The grapes are hand-harvested in 12-kilogram boxes and placed in a refrigerated chamber for careful selection. The must is extracted using a rotor tank, and the wine is aged for 9 months on its lees in new 225-liter barrels, where batonage is practiced to impart greater complexity. In the glass, Remírez de Ganuza White Wine shows an attractive pale yellow color. On the nose, it offers fresh aromas of aromatic herbs and stone fruits, with a mineral touch.
