Viña Alberdi Crianza is a single-varietal Tempranillo (100%). As for production, the grapes are harvested at their optimal ripeness. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. After malolactic fermentation, the wine undergoes aging in American oak barrels for 24 months: the first in new oak and the second in 3-year-old oak.
Viña Alberdi Crianza is ideal to accompany stews, cured meats, creams, grilled red meats, white meats, meat rice dishes, legumes, and semi-cured cheeses.
It is recommended to serve this wine at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC.
