The Viña Mayor Roble Wine is an outstanding red wine made from 100% Tempranillo grapes, carefully grown and hand-harvested in the Ribera del Duero. With three months of aging in French oak barrels, this wine is characterized by its freshness and the elegant integration of wood flavor. Its intense cherry red color, young and vibrant with slight bluish hues, anticipates its youth and freshness. On the nose, it offers intense aromas of red and black fruits, combined with spices and creamy roasts, as well as smoky and licorice notes resulting from the French oak. On the palate, its body varies from light to medium, with fine tannins and refreshing acidity, highlighting berry flavors. This wine is perfect to accompany barbecues, tapas, roasted meats, pasta dishes, legumes, and even semi-cured cheeses. It is recommended to serve between 14 and 16ºC to enjoy its full potential.
