Very refreshing sweet and sour taste. - Gold Kiwi: flattened shape, with a little crown at the end and smooth brown skin, the pulp is golden in color. Sweet taste. It stands out for its high fiber content and low calorie count, it is also rich in Vitamin E and in smaller amounts it contains vitamins C, B3, B6, B2, B1, and K, carbohydrates and minerals such as potassium, iodine, calcium, phosphorus, iron and sodium; as well as folates, antioxidants, riboflavin, thiamine and niacin. Due to its properties, it is beneficial for fighting stress; it has a diuretic and laxative effect; it promotes intestinal transit and prevents constipation, combats hypertension, renal insufficiency; it is beneficial during menopause and pregnancy; strengthens the immune system, is anti-inflammatory, helps prevent cardiovascular problems and facilitates digestion. When buying them, it is advisable that they are not too ripe because soft kiwis tend to have a taste deficit and even a bad taste.
