The Viva la Pepa Chamomile is a straw yellow white wine. Made 100% with Palomino grape and aged under a flor veil. The result is a dry, fresh, delicate flavor, with a pleasant acidity and a persistent aftertaste.

It belongs to the Sherry wines and aging is carried out in wineries in Sanlúcar de Barrameda. When tasting it, all the sharp and intense character that its aging brings, reminds of chamomile and chamomile, with almond notes.

It is ideal to pair with all kinds of tapas and appetizers, especially for sea preserves and dishes such as seafood and fish.
