The recipe combines 55% extra virgin olive oil and 41% sun-dried tomatoes with garlic and five aromatic herbs: thyme, savory, rosemary, marjoram and oregano. The tomato provides an intense, concentrated flavour, with flexible pieces ready to serve. It is a ready-to-eat food, without preservatives or colourants. You can enjoy it on toast, in salads and pasta dishes, serve it on crusty bread with tuna belly, or slice it into strips to accompany a salad with olives. The flavoured oil in the jar can also be used to dress the dish or add the finishing touch to a focaccia. It provides 7.0 g of dietary fibre per 100 g.
