Macerations of between two and five months. Aging in oak barrels for 12 months. Palate: the terroir is perfectly represented with a certain chalky flavor, an excellently integrated acidity, and a good structure. It is a lush wine, with a lot of volume, round and appealing. Nose: violet notes and fresh aromas with marked mineralization emerge. There are certain hints of cappuccino: it has a very interesting nose with a long development of nuances.
