Ultreia Godello 2024 is one of the reference white wines from Raúl Pérez, a renowned Spanish winemaker. This wine is made from 100% Godello grapes from vineyards in Bierzo, specifically from the areas of Cacabelos and Valtuille. It follows a minimal intervention philosophy, with spontaneous fermentation and native yeasts, without temperature control. The 12 months of aging in wood adds volume and complexity, highlighting the expression of the Godello variety. In tasting, it presents a bright yellow color and an intense nose with notes of white fruit and citrus. In the mouth, it is fresh, broad, and balanced, with a silky texture and a dry, mineral finish. Ideal for pairing with seafood, baked fish, rice, octopus, white meats, and soft cheese. This wine belongs to the D.O. Bierzo, with an approximate production of 26,000-30,000 bottles, and has an alcohol content of 13.5%.
