Ceremonial matcha green tea powder by Edward Fields, grown in Uji, Japan. It comes from the first spring harvest and is made by slow stone milling. Its ingredient is green Matcha tea (Uji variety from Japan) from certified organic farming. Available in 30 g and 90 g sizes, depending on the selected variant. It contains no allergens subject to mandatory declaration and is declared gluten-free, lactose-free and free from nuts. Matcha on its own: 1–1.5 g of matcha + 80–100 ml of water at 75–80 °C. Whisk until frothy. Matcha latte: 1.5–2 g of matcha + 60 ml of water at 80 °C. Whisk and add 190 ml of milk or plant-based drink, cold or hot. These amounts refer to beverage preparation, not to the net content of the product. The stated consumption recommendation is 1–2 times a day. Contains caffeine. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light.
