After a manual harvest in early August, this wine rests in the bottle for a minimum of 11 months, achieving a perfect expression of its characteristics. With an alcohol content of 12.5% and a presentation of 75 cl in a box of 6 bottles, this sparkling wine showcases an appealing golden color, fine and persistent bubbles, alongside clean and intense aromas evoking white fruits like apple.
