The 100% Iberian acorn ham we present is the result of an ethical and artisanal agricultural and livestock process. Coming from Iberian pigs, these animals are fed a natural diet of grains and legumes, contributing to the quality and flavor of the product. After salting, the hams are traditionally cured in our facilities in the Sierra de Huelva, a region known for its optimal conditions for ham curing. This process, lasting over 40 months, allows the development of an intense flavor and a richness of nuances and aromas that are the hallmark of this ham. Its color varies from pink to deep red, and its fat shows a characteristic shine at room temperature. It is presented sliced by knife in vacuum-sealed pouches, ensuring that it does not lose any of its properties during transport. The product is gluten-free, lactose-free, and free of other allergens according to EU Regulation No. 1169/201, making it a perfect option for those with dietary restrictions. To enjoy its maximum flavor, it is recommended to take the pouch out of the cold, immerse it under running warm water for a few seconds, and let it rest before serving.
