Almost 100 years ago, our grandparents were selling typical products from the area in villages in Spain. They specialized in Serrano ham over 50 years ago, curing it artisanally at home. We keep the family tradition by avoiding industrial methods, curing the products by hand without additives. We use high-quality ingredients such as Pimentón de la Vera and garlic from our garden, resulting in a natural and high-quality marinated ham.
