Lucía, has a degree in veterinary medicine, specializing in food safety and expert in processes, having trained as a professional in several of the most important agri-food companies in the country

Carlos, a graduate in advertising and public relations, soon realised that his place was in the kitchen and has since had the opportunity to work as a chef in some of the best restaurants in Valladolid
