Exquisite cured meat. It is made from the lean area that runs through the spinal area of Iberian pigs from animals raised extensively who have been fed with a diet based on wheat, barley, corn, soybeans,... until they reach a weight of about 150 kilograms. As in all JARALLANA products, we give great importance to the selection of animals to guarantee excellent raw material, which is the basis if we want to obtain a product of the highest quality. The loin is seasoned with salt, paprika, garlic,... and left to marinate for a few days until it is stuffed and taken to a refrigeration chamber with controlled humidity and temperature. It then goes to the natural drying room for about 6 months where air and weather conditions continue the curing process until they are selected and packaged to preserve all their characteristics. INGREDIENTS: Iberian acorn-fed loin, salt, paprika, dextrin, sugar, dextrose, oregano, garlic, antioxidants (E-300, E-301, and E-31iii) and preservatives (E-252 and E-250).
