The 100% Iberian acorn-fed ham from La Nevera Española comes from purebred Iberian pigs raised free-range in dehesas and fed exclusively on acorns during the montanera. It is presented as a whole piece weighing 7.5 - 8 kg. Each piece is cured for more than 36 months in natural cellars through an artisanal process that develops its flavors and aromas. It stands out for its deep flavor, nutty notes and a juicy, delicate texture that melts on the palate. The marbling of infiltrated fat is part of its character in every slice. It is a product to enjoy Iberian delicacies on special occasions. To accompany it, red wines such as Rioja or Ribera del Duero, cava or cured cheese are recommended.
