Rioja Atocha red wine comes from a great selection of Tempranillo and Garnacha grapes. To achieve it, the destemmed grape is fermented with a cold pre-maceration, and then undergoes an alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature with gentle and continuous pump-overs that allow us to extract the elegant aromas characteristic of the grape in this area. It is made mainly from grapes from vineyards located at altitudes of 400 to 600 meters on east-facing slopes, in clay-limestone soils. It has an alcohol content of 14% and is an intense cherry red color with violet hues. On the nose, it has fruity aromas such as blackberries and red fruits very well blended with floral aromas. On the palate, it has a friendly entry and unfolds throughout its journey, with a very elegant finish. Complex and with many nuances. Serving temperature between 14ºC and 16ºC. Ideal for red meats, saucy stews, vegetable and meat cannelloni.
