Antiqua Obergo Garnacha is a high-quality red wine produced by Bodegas Obergo, located in La Puebla de Castro, Huesca. This wine is made up of 100% old Garnacha from the Secastilla valley, giving it unique characteristics and a remarkable personality. It is aged for 12 months on lees in new and second-use barrels of different origins, predominantly French oak (80%) and American oak (15%). This contributes to its complexity, where aromas of red and black fruit, candied fruits, herbs, pepper, incense, and chocolate notes are appreciated along with a smoky hint. On the palate, this wine presents itself with elegance, offering a voluminous and silky body, highlighting its good acidity and smooth tannins.
