Evodia is an exceptional wine that stands out for its 100% Garnacha variety. It presents a fascinating dark purple color and an attractive perfume that evokes mineral spices along with cherry notes. This wine is intensely fruity and has a smooth texture resulting in a pure finish filled with fruit. Its versatility allows for ideal pairings with rice dishes, both meat-based and seafood, as well as fish and white meats. Interestingly, this wine is also suitable for elaborately made pasta dishes, making it an interesting option for various meals. It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 18°C. Each bottle contains 75 cl and has an alcohol content of 15% vol. This wine is produced by Bodegas San Alejandro in Miedes, Zaragoza, and belongs to the Calatayud Denomination of Origin.
