100% Grenache. Medium garnet with a blue rim. Elegant intense spicy nose with raspberry, white pepper, and fresh mint. Notes of clove and toast from aging for 7 months in 500l Allier barrels. 10% of the grapes were not destemmed to add freshness on the palate. Dry, light body, fresh acidity, integrated alcohol, velvety tannins. Long, great intensity of balsamic and complex aromas due to the lack of sulfites or any other addition.
