Sargas de Idúes Tinto is an exceptional wine produced by Bodegas Esteban Castejon, coming from Ibdes, Zaragoza. This wine, which has a Denomination of Origin Calatayud, is made with 100% Garnacha, providing a unique and distinctive character. After 8 months of aging in American oak barrels, Sargas de Idúes shows a very intense black color, black as ink, accompanied by a burgundy rim that denotes its maturity. On the nose, intense aromas of ripe red fruits stand out, complemented by notes acquired during aging, such as roasted notes, vanilla, coconut, and spices. On the palate, this wine reveals itself to be structured, with a pleasant astringency and balanced acidity that makes it ideal for pairing with a variety of dishes.
