Extra virgin olive oil from arbequina olives from olive trees over four hundred years old from the Aranyó estate, in Les Garrigues. The olives are handpicked and cold pressed on the day of their harvest. Its aroma contains notes of artichoke, almonds, and tomato. In the mouth, the sensation is sweet, with subtle bitter and spicy notes.
