Vall Llach Embruix Magnum is an exceptional red wine reflecting the essence of Priorat, known for its llicorella soils that provide a unique mineral character. This wine is carefully crafted from a blend of Garnacha, Cariñena, Syrah, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. After around 12 months of aging in French oak barrels, Embruix appears with a vibrant nose of ripe black fruit and herbaceous notes evoking the underbrush, alongside a hint of pepper. On the palate, it's a powerful and meaty wine, but its ability to soften in a 1.5-liter Magnum format transforms its character, allowing the tannins to round out harmoniously.
