Chivite Collection 125 Rosé is an exceptional wine known for its unique personality. This estate-aged rosé comes from Bodega Chivite, one of the most prestigious in Navarra. The grape used is a blend of Tempranillo, Syrah, and Garnacha, grown on the beautiful Legardeta estate, spanning 300 hectares in a privileged location between the Pyrenees and the Ebro basin. This area, characterized by an Atlantic-continental climate, provides the ideal conditions for slow ripening, ensuring the best quality. The harvest is done manually in 200 kg boxes, with careful attention to the integrity of the fruit. This wine invites enjoyment both on its own and paired with a selection of dishes that highlight its freshness and complexity.
