El Grifo Dry Malvasia Collection is an exceptional white wine from the D.O. Lanzarote, crafted by the historic Bodegas El Grifo. This wine reflects the unique character of Lanzarote's volcanic landscape, thanks to the Malvasia Volcanica variety. The grapes are cultivated on phylloxera-resistant vines in a peculiar system of pits protected by stone walls on volcanic ash, optimizing the scarce moisture and shielding from winds.
