Pandora Verdejo is a high-expression white wine crafted by Bodegas Pandora, a young and promising project that has rapidly gained recognition in the Rueda region. This wine is a single varietal Verdejo, sourced from selected vineyards aiming for an ideal balance between ripeness and freshness. Its production process is very meticulous; it avoids excessive tropical characteristics, focusing on enhancing the elegance and authenticity of the variety in its natural surroundings. One of the key factors contributing to its quality is the aging on lees for several months post-fermentation in stainless steel tanks, which imparts distinctive volume and creaminess to the wine. This allows it to evolve favorably in the bottle and translates into a much more gastronomic wine. Visually, Pandora Verdejo displays a pale yellow color with greenish reflections, clear and bright. On the nose, it presents intense and complex notes, highlighting aromas of white fruits like pear, significant citrus notes, and the distinctive touch of fennel and freshly cut grass that characterize the Verdejo variety. On the palate, it reveals notable breadth, with a glycerol entry and a profile supported by vibrant acidity, refreshing the palate.
