Made using the bleeding method and a slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks, this wine stands out for its pale pink color with coppery reflections, very much in the style of Provence. On the nose, it has a delicate fragrance: notes of wild red fruit (sour strawberry, raspberry) mixed with hints of white flowers and a refreshing herbal nuance. On the palate, it is light but has a surprising creaminess due to its work with the lees. Its acidity is vibrant and clean, leaving a dry, long, and very elegant finish that invites the next sip.
