Alta Alella Mirgin Laietà Gran Reserva Brut Nature is an ecological cava that captures the essence of the Mediterranean. Made from a selection of international grapes, its personality is highlighted by complexity and elegance. The harvest is done manually, selecting the best bunches to obtain the free-run juice through gentle pressing, avoiding color extraction from the Pinot Noir. Each variety ferments separately at 15 ºC, preserving its unique freshness. After that, the cava rests for a minimum of 49 months on its lees, achieving exceptional finesse. In the glass, it presents a pale yellow color with golden reflections, aromas of white fruit and flowers, and on the palate, it is dry, fruity, and has a long finish. Perfect for celebrations and pairings with fish, seafood, and poultry.
