The Juvé & Camps Millesimé Pinot Noir is a sophisticated and vibrant Gran Reserva rosé cava, made entirely from Pinot Noir grapes sourced from the Espiells estate. Like its white counterpart, this cava is only produced in exceptional vintages, seeking the maximum expression of this delicate French variety adapted to the Penedès terroir.

After a brief maceration of the grapes to extract its distinctive pale cherry color, the wine undergoes an average aging of 36 months on its lees. It is a Brut that stands out for its elegance and complexity. On the nose, it is an explosion of red fruits (wild strawberries, raspberries) combined with floral notes of violets and the nuances of long aging such as toasted bread and nuts. On the palate, it is silky, structured, and very refreshing, with an integrated bubble that enhances its creamy character. It is the ideal companion for pasta dishes, blue fish such as tuna or salmon, carpaccios, and Asian cuisine.
