LaFou de Rams Blanco is a winemaking gem produced in extremely limited quantities, emphasizing the careful selection of the best clusters of Garnacha Blanca from old vineyards growing in very poor calcareous soils. This wine seeks to reflect the maximum expression of the terroir, achieved through an aging process of about 12 months in large French oak barrels and concrete eggs, followed by an extended bottle resting. On tasting, LaFou de Rams presents an impressive aroma featuring ripe white fruit, fennel, and subtle toasty nuances, complemented by a limestone minerality that offers a unique character.
