Les Ones is an estate wine from the Priorat winery, known for its authenticity. It comes from a small parcel of Cariñena with old vines planted in llicorella soils. The vinification process includes about 14 months of aging in new French oak barrels, giving the wine a complex and elegant profile. It presents a dark cherry red color with garnet reflections. On the nose, it features ripe black fruit, violets, and mineral notes, complemented by spices like black pepper and cocoa. On the palate, it is powerful and silky, balanced by the acidity of the Cariñena, culminating in a deep, prolonged finish.
