Les Ones is the jewel of the Priorat winery, a wine made from a small plot of old Cariñena (Samsó) vines. This wine, known as 'The Waves' because of the undulating terraces where it is cultivated, has an aging process of approximately 14 months in new French oak barrels, contributing to its distinctive character. Its intense cherry color, almost black with garnet highlights, along with aromas of ripe black fruit, violets, and mineral notes, captivate at first glance. On the palate, it presents itself as powerful, with an imposing structure and silky texture, thanks to the natural acidity of the Cariñena balancing its alcohol content.
