Sparkling rosé wine from Xarel·lo Vermell, with minimal intervention and no added sulfites. Its fermentation finishes in the bottle and creates natural, fine, and creamy bubbles. With 5 months of aging on lees, it presents aromas of pear, strawberry, and currant, and a pleasant, lingering finish.
Llopart Vi-Brant Rosé is a natural sparkling wine made from Xarel·lo Vermell, with minimal intervention and no added sulfites. It undergoes a single fermentation, started in a tank and finished in the bottle, retaining some of the carbon dioxide produced by the yeasts and creating natural, subtle bubbles.
The harvest is manual, and the grapes are transported to the winery in boxes. After destemming and crushing, a low-temperature maceration at 8 °C for 4 hours is performed, followed by very gentle pressing. It ferments with indigenous yeasts from the grape, previously selected. It remains 5 months on its own lees, which are then removed.
It presents a bright salmon color and aromas of pear, fresh strawberry, and currant, with a background of bread crumb and underbrush. On the palate, it is balanced, with an extremely fine and creamy bubble, freshness, and a pleasant, lingering aftertaste.
It is suggested to accompany seafood, white fish, sushi, light starters like bruschetta or cheese boards, and Mediterranean cuisine.
