Museum Rosado
The Museum Rosado is a wine that redefines the rosé category in the Cigales Denomination of Origin, moving away from flat profiles to offer surprising complexity. In appearance, it presents a very elegant and bright onion skin or salmon color. On the nose, it unfolds an intense aromatic range where fresh red fruits, such as wild strawberry and raspberry, prevail, intertwined with subtle notes of white flowers and a very characteristic mineral background of the rocky terroir of the area. On the palate, it stands out for its excellent balance between vibrant acidity and silky smoothness, a result of its careful elaboration and contact with lees. It is a full-bodied wine, persistent and with a long aftertaste that invites you to keep drinking, demonstrating that a rosé can be serious, structured, and extremely gastronomic at the same time.
