Anejón is a single-vineyard wine produced on a spectacular terrace located at 850 meters above sea level, with a steep incline that requires precise viticulture. This red wine is distinguished by its incredible finesse and notable minerality, coming from the chalky soils of the slope. Its complexity is truly captivating; it combines notes of forest fruits with floral and spicy hints, all complemented by a very elegant balsamic finish, a result of its long aging. On the palate, the wine is powerful and voluminous, yet shows a freshness and verticality that make it unique within the Ribera del Duero denomination of origin.
